The contest is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 14 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Keanu Visuals and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must follow @keanu.visuals on Instagram and sign up with their email address to receive the download link for the RAW footage.
The RAW footage provided by Keanu Visuals for the purpose of the contest is to be used strictly for the contest. Participants are not allowed to share, distribute or send this footage to third parties. Any misuse of this footage outside of the contest will lead to immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
Each participant shall be granted access to musical works that may be incorporated into their video clips. Participants are solely authorized to use the musical works exclusively for the purpose of incorporating them into video clips submitted for the contest. Using musical works for any purpose other than creating videos specifically for the contest is strictly prohibited. Participants are expressly prohibited from (1) utilizing the musical works or using them beyond the confines of the contest; (2) employing the musical works in any manner other than by integrating them into videos submitted for the contest; (3) granting permission to any third party to use the musical works; (4) utilizing the musical works as standalone files or incorporating them into video clips outside the parameters of the contest. Furthermore, participants are prohibited from modifying, altering, adapting, reproducing, distributing, publicly performing, publicly displaying, selling, leasing, sublicensing, or otherwise exploiting the musical works outside the scope of the video clip submitted by them to the contest. Participants explicitly acknowledge and affirm that they do not currently possess and will not acquire any legal rights, ownership, or entitlements to the musical works in the future.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. Keanu Visuals reserves the right to change the prizes at any time.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within a specified time to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
By participating, each entrant grants Keanu Visuals permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and their submission for publicity purposes.
Keanu Visuals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any problem prevents the contest from running as planned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Keanu Visuals, which are binding and final on matters relating to this contest.
